Satisfaction with job and life and remote work in the COVID-19 pandemic: the role of perceived stress, self-efficacy and self-esteem

Introduction The aim of the study was to assess relationship between performing remote work during COVID-19 pandemic and level job life satisfaction, as well assumed, intermediary role perceived stress such resources self-efficacy self-esteem. Material methods study, implemented with use an internet application, included 283 employees. Data were gathered using a satisfaction scale, Short Scale for Measuring General Self-Efficacy Beliefs, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, Perceived Stress PSS-4 demographic information form.
